Listen and learn. Eric Bromberger will lecture at 7 p.m., previewing
the Russian National Orchestra’s performance of an all-Tchaikovsky
program at 8 p.m. on the Segerstrom Hall stage at the Orange County
Performing Arts Center. The orchestra, under the direction of Vladimir
Spivakov, is presented by the Orange County Philharmonic Society. The

A dance of passion. The Jose Greco II Flamenco Dance Company will
perform classic Spanish dance at 4 p.m. at Orange Coast College’s Robert
B. Moore Theatre, 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa. Jose Greco II is the
son of Jose Greco, who popularized flamenco during his 50-year career.

Be the first to hear it. South Coast Repertory will continue its 16th
New SCRipts season with a staged reading of Eric Bagan’s new play,
“Family Practice,” at 7:30 p.m. Monday at 655 Town Center Drive, Costa

Take a break. Poetry will be read and music will be performed at 8

Romance is in the air. Raymond Kobler, Pacific Symphony Orchestra’s
concert master, will perform Korngold’s romantic violin concerto in D
major with the orchestra at 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the Orange
