Vanguard University sports fans can eat in style Saturday at a

barbecue sponsored by Outback restaurant.

The barbecue will benefit the school’s athletic department. A limited

number of tickets are still available for the barbecue, which will be

held after the Vanguard versus Chapman University women’s softball game

and before the Vanguard versus Fresno Pacific University men’s and

women’s basketball games Saturday.

The barbecue is $5 per person with a special $3 discount for Vanguard

students. It will begin at 3:15 p.m. on the Vanguard campus between the

residence hall and the gymnasium. For tickets, call the athletic
