Sentinels, Young Guns, Crash Dummies win titles

The Sentinels claimed dominance in the Jr. High Division last
weekend by scoring the final three goals of their match with the Eagles
to post a 4-1 victory in the division’s title game at Coast 2 Coast
Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.
Stephen Powers knocked down a pair of goals and assisted another,
Lucas Goldwater scored once and Bryan Sakaguchi handed out two assists to
pace the Sentinels.
Mike Shuttleworth scored off a Michael Burkhardt assist to account for
the Eagles offense.

ATOM CLUB
Young Guns 6, Vipers 0
Goalie Colten Daigneault recorded 20 saves to power the Young Guns to
the division crown.
Rocco Grimaldi netted four goals, Tyler Lakes scored twice, Matt
Deutschmann had three assists, Paul Anderson had two assists and Brian
Daigneault added one to lead the Young Guns on offense.
BANTAM CLUB
Crash Dummies 3, Shabu Shabu 2
Brandon Mancia’s only goal of the contest came off a Thomas Fair feed
late in the third period and lifted the Crash Dummies to the title.
Fair also assisted the game’s first goal, a score by Wesley Montalvo,
who also scored in the third period on Philip Churchward’s second assist
of the game.
Marc Yamaoka scored once and Jason Krispel had an assist to lead Shabu
Shabu.
