LOS ANGELES - The Vanguard University men’s basketball team lost a
tough 55-54 nonconference decision to host Cal State Los Angeles
Wednesday night.
Kemmy Burgess used a hot hand from three-point territory to lead the
Lions (0-3) with 20 points, including six treys.
Dennis Keane chipped in with 12 points, while Kevin Candelaria added
six points and 12 rebounds.
