Orange Coast College’s football squad crushes preseason No. 13 Santa

Monica in a scrimmage, with a 6-1 advantage in touchdowns. OCC

quarterback Greg Angelovic completes 6 of 10 passes for 55 yards, while

tailback Adrian Steen rushes for 96 yards on nine carries.

Dale Flickinger, the former women’s volleyball coach at Arizona State

and USC, is named as the interim girls volleyball coach at Corona del

Mar.

Flickinger is chosen while previous CdM coach Charlie Brande was not

rehired due to unspecified allegations about his relations with two club
