* Balboa Coves: Graffiti was spray-painted on a planter in the 10 block

between 8:30 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.

* West Coast Highway: A wallet containing $500 was stolen in the 2000

block at 9 p.m. Sunday.

* Nice Lane: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 200 block at 10

p.m Sunday.

* Port Albans Place: An unknown man phoned a woman in the 1900 block at 2

p.m Saturday, saying her husband hired him regarding a fantasy he had.
