COSTA MESA - Estancia High is looking for a boys and girls tennis
coach, as well as a girls soccer coach.
Anton Striegl recently resigned the girls soccer position, after
accepting a teaching position at Long Beach Wilson High.
The boys and girls tennis coach will replace Dave Hebert.

Mesa seeking line coach
COSTA MESA - The Costa Mesa High football program is looking for an
offensive and defensive line coach for the upcoming season.
The position includes a stipend and will involve coaching the varsity and
junior varsity. Those interested in starting immediately should contact

Tennis carnival
COSTA MESA - The Costa Mesa Tennis Center will host a tennis carnival and
manufacturers’ demonstration day Saturday from noon-4 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and try out the latest tennis equipment.

Commodore’s Cup
NEWPORT BEACH - The Jr. Commodore’s Cup Regatta, featuring competition in
several classes, is scheduled Sunday, beginning with a skipper’s meeting
at noon at the Lido Isle Yacht Club.
Racing begins at 12:30 with trophies awarded in the Lido 14, Laser, CFJ,
Adult Sabots, Jr. Sabot A, B C1, C2 and C3 classes, as well as any
one-design class with at least five entries.
Trophies will be awarded in each class.
