HUNTINGTON BEACH
The Huntington Beach Playhouse needs volunteers to help with set
construction and design, as well as decorations, sound, lighting, stage

The Oak View Family Literacy Program is holding tutor training for
volunteers at the Oak View Branch Library, 17251 Oak Lane, Huntington
Beach, from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Training will include techniques and activities to help adults to read,

Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Goldenwest area, Huntington Beach needs
volunteers for clerical and outreach programs. Outreach includes food
delivery to the elderly, working in the soup kitchen and helping the

assist disabled students learning to ride horses. Service is needed

Volunteers will be trained to operate a city vehicle to provide

South Coast Collective Huntington Beach Site works to prevent tobacco use
among teens through the Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement Act.
Volunteers ages 14 to 16 are needed to help ensure that businesses comply
with the state law prohibiting tobacco sales to anyone under age 18.
