A communitywide Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) will take place

at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Jewish Federation Campus, 250 E. Baker St., Costa

Mesa. The memorial service is dedicated to individuals lost during the

Holocaust.

The Anti-Defamation League’s national touring exhibit on the history of

anti-Semitism will be part of this year’s observance. The exhibit will be

open at 1 p.m. and will follow the program.

The Jewish Community Center Menorah Readers’ Theater will present a

special memorial presentation. Local synagogue and day school students

will participate in the service by reading entries from this year’s

Holocaust essay contest. A children’s choir will cap off the program.
