FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Adobe River Avenue and Aztec Circle: Someone stole a license plate from

a car at 6:15 p.m. Saturday.

* Harbor Boulevard and Warner Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of

possessing marijuana at 1:57 a.m. Friday.

* Harbor Boulevard: Someone broke into a car and stole speakers and other

property in the 16100 block at 8:08 p.m. Saturday.

* Mallard Avenue: Someone stole an engine from a boat in the 9100 block

at 9:58 a.m. Saturday.

* Mt. Dunhaven Street: Someone broke into a home in the 16400 block and

stole $1,335 worth of property at 4:49 p.m. Friday.

* Newhope Street: A woman in the 17200 block told police she lost $8,500

after a man told her to invest money in an oil bond. After spending the

money, she found out the bond and the company were fake.

* Reimer Street: Someone broke into a home in the 17100 block at stole

$700 worth of property at 4:28 p.m. Friday.

* Sierra Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics,

being under the influence and obstructing a police officer in the 16200

block at 5:02 p.m. last Thursday.

* Sierra Avenue: A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen

property on the 16200 block at 5:02 p.m. last Thursday.

* Walnut Street: Someone siphoned gas from a car parked in the 17500

block at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Adams Avenue: Police said a group of white supremacists charged into a

bar and tried to start a fight in the 200 block at 4:38 p.m. Friday.

* Beach Boulevard: Police said a group of juveniles were trying to start

a fire behind the Newland House in the 19800 block at 5:48 p.m. Friday.

* Florida Street: Someone stole a skateboard in the 18900 block at 5:47

p.m. last Thursday.

* Heil Avenue: Someone tried to poison a dog with a burrito laced with

kerosene in the 5600 block at 8:17 a.m. Saturday.

* Main Street: Three men were drunk in public in the 200 block at 12:33

a.m. Saturday and were trying to start fights.

* Sampson Lane: Someone stole a generator and two batteries in the 17800

block at 7:42 a.m. Friday.

* Saru Circle: Three men were chasing each other and throwing bottles at

each other in the 5600 block at 8:17 a.m. Saturday.

* Slater Avenue: Someone charged $800 on a stolen credit card in the 7500

block at 8:32 p.m. last Thursday.

* Warner Avenue and Goldenwest Street: Four people were smoking marijuana

in their car at 5:54 p.m. Saturday.
