In Brief
Most mothers don’t understand their daughters’ fashion sense. However,
mother-daughter fashion shows can still be a success.
At the National Charity League, Juniors Newport chapter’s fashion show
Saturday, mothers and daughters will show off their style to raise money
for High Hopes Head Trauma Center, OCC Children’s Center and Pediatric
Cancer Research Foundation.
The 14th annual Mother-Daughter Fashion Show and Tea will begin with a
silent auction at 12:30 p.m. The show will begin at 2 p.m., featuring
ensembles by Saks Fifth Avenue and South Coast Plaza.
The event will be held at the Westin South Coast Plaza, 686 Anton Blvd.,
Costa Mesa.
National Charity League, Juniors is a philanthropic, cultural and social
