COSTA MESA

* Adams Street: A set of speakers and an amplifier valued at $700 were

stolen from a car in the 1300 block between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Saturday.

* Baker Street: A cellular phone valued at $279 was stolen from an

unlocked car in the 1000 block at 6 p.m. Friday.

* West Bay Street: A car was vandalized with damages estimated at $100 in

the 300 block at 7 p.m. Feb. 29.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Bison Street: A passport was reported missing from a mail distribution

center in the 1200 block at 11 a.m. Feb. 23.

* Ocean Front: Personal bank checks were reported stolen from a

resident’s mailbox in the 500 block at 2 p.m. Feb. 22.

* 16th Street: A bicycle valued at $80 was reported stolen from a home in

the 1800 block at 11:23 a.m. Feb. 24.
