‘Fearsome Foursome’ invades OC Marketplace

COSTA MESA - For Los Angeles Rams defensive greats Deacon Jones,

Merlin Olsen, Lamar Lundy and Roosevelt “Rosey” Grier, otherwise known as

the “Fearsome Foursome,” will make a rare public appearance together at

the Orange County Marketplace in support of the Deacon Jones Foundation.

The famed line will appear March 11-12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both

days at the Orange County Fairgrounds.

The “Fearsome Foursome” will be signing autographs for the general public

with all proceeds from the $25 per autograph and memorabilia sales going

directly to support scholarships in the Orange County “Adopted Area” of

the Deacon Jones Foundation.

The Foundation provides an intensive seven-year scholarship/community

development program to disadvantaged youths in Adopted Areas around the

nation.

For Rams’ fans interested in seeing the former greats, it has been five

years since the Foursome last appeared together in Southern California.
