Vanguard drops first game in Master’s Fall Classic
SANTA CLARITA - In the first game of the year for Vanguard’s men’s
basketball team, the Lions lost to the Master’s College, 80-62, in the
Master’s Fall Classic.
John Kohlhaas led the Lions (0-1) with 14 points and eight rebounds,
including 2-for-5 shooting beyond the arc. The Mustangs (2-0) scored 46
points on 54-percent shooting in the second half to put Vanguard away.
