Mesa falls to Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH - Costa Mesa’s boys water polo team stuck around with

host Laguna Beach for a while, trailing by just two goals at halftime,

but the Artists slowly built up a 12-4 win in a Pacific Coast League

water polo game Thursday.

Mike Vaillancourt led the Mustangs with three goals. Chris Dolloff had

eight saves for Costa Mesa.
