Newhope Street: Someone stole a crossing guard’s sign at the intersection
of Sandstone at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Brookhurst Street: A woman’s wallet containing $60 was stolen as she had
a bowling lesson at Fountain Bowl in the 17100 block at 5:53 p.m. Monday.

Beach Boulevard: A man slammed himself against cars in the 19200 block at
11:54 p.m. Friday.
Fireside Drive: A woman’s house was egged by friends of her daughter in
the 9300 block at 12:09 a.m. Saturday.
Gothard Street: Twenty subjects got into a fight in the parking lot of
Oceanview High School in the 17000 block at 12:35 a.m. Saturday.
Pacific Coast Highway: A 10-speed bike was stolen from where it was
parked outside Mr. B’s Liquor in the 17100 block at 12:38 a.m. Saturday.
Tunstall Lane: A prowler looked into a neighbor’s window in the 16700
block at 1:09 a.m. Saturday.
Mora Kai Lane: Numerous juveniles yelled at a loud party in the 18800
block at 1:44 a.m. Saturday.
Glencoe Avenue: Twenty people were yelling and hollering in the street in
the 7700 block at 2:12 a.m. Saturday.
Drew Park: Kids hit golf balls into houses at the intersection of Cape
Cottage and Cape Newbury at 2:21 a.m. Saturday.
3rd Street: Four subjects threw bottles against the wall of a parking
structure at the intersection of Olive Avenue at 3:17 a.m. Saturday.
Glenstone Drive: A car was egged by juveniles in the 5500 block at 6:52
a.m. Saturday.
Huntington Street: Pumpkins were discovered missing from a pumpkin patch
in the 18700 block at 8 a.m. Saturday.
Adams Avenue: Trash and bottles were thrown over the back wall at Monroe
Pacific Nursery in the 10400 block and damaged plants and trees at 8:09
a.m. Saturday.
Florida Street: A woman at in the 18500 block said people were peeping
into her bathroom window at 8:35 a.m. Saturday.
Santa Barbara Lane: A man’s home was vandalized in the 1610 block at
11:05 a.m. Saturday.
Corsican Drive: Just after city officials painted over graffiti on a
man’s garage, his house was egged in the 7300 block at 11:29 a.m.
Saturday.
Geraldine Lane: A father kicked his daughter in the 17500 block at 12:56
p.m. Saturday.
Paseo Circle: Someone unlocked a car’s passenger door and burglarized the
car in the 17700 block at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday.
Algonquin Street: Two juveniles were detained at Ralphs grocery in the
16800 block for stealing liquor at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday.
Frankfort Avenue: A man was pushed by a 65-year-old resident in the 600
block at 10:31 a.m. Tuesday.
Clay Avenue: An inspector fell into a vault that was being installed at
the intersection of Stewart Street at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Sailport Drive: Mail was stolen from a residence in the 8800 block at
11:40 a.m. Tuesday.
Springdale Street: Someone broke a car window in the 17100 block at 11:57
a.m. Tuesday.
Stark Avenue: A man chased a transient at the intersection of Beach
Boulevard after the transient scared his wife at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Beach Boulevard: Six alleged gang members waited outside of Inces Beach
Market in the 18000 block because they wanted to beat up someone in the
store at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Warner Avenue: Someone broke into a man’s locker at Family Fitness in the
5800 block and stole his wallet at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday.
Keelson Lane: Three juveniles banged on a man’s door and skateboarded in
his front yard in the 17400 block at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday.
Bryant Drive: A woman said her 13-year-old daughter has been getting
death threats from another 13-year-old who says she will stab her 13
times and the family feared for their safety in the 8300 block at 5:52
p.m. Tuesday.
Calle Castor Circle: A man discovered footprints on his patio and found a
trellis torn from a wall and all four tires on his car deflated in the
16400 block at 8:11 a.m. Monday.
Brookhurst Street: Bad checks were deposited at Washington Mutual Bank in
the 18900 block and $3,863 in cash was withdrawn at 9:55 a.m. Friday.
Santa Lucia Street: Someone stole $180 in property from a car parked in
the 17200 block at 10:09 p.m. Saturday.
Bushard Street: Two female students engaged in a fight at Rossier School
in the 17900 block at 10:11 a.m. Friday.
Bellflower Avenue: A lock securing a residence under construction was cut
and a pallet of stucco worth $800 was stolen in the 11200 block at 6:37
p.m. Thursday.
Warner Avenue: School equipment with sprayed with white graffiti at
Plavan School in the 9600 block at 4:39 p.m. Thursday.
Newhope Street: Someone purchased computer chips from Kingston Technology
in the 17600 block via the Internet using stolen credit card information
at 3:16 p.m. Thursday.
Oak Street: A burglar forced open a rear door, entered a residence in the
17400 block and stole a television, guitar and coin collection at 7:07
p.m. Wednesday.
