Women’s water polo: OCC rolls past Cypress

CYPRESS - Orange Coast College women’s water polo team scored early

and often en route to a 14-5 Orange Empire Conference win over host

Cypress Thursday.

Jen Stipp, Jennifer Hallman and Jessica Hylton each had three goals

for the Pirates (13-2, 2-0 in OEC), who outscored the Chargers, 11-1, in

the first half.

The Pirates move on to tournament action today in the Citrus College

Tournament.
