COSTA MESABaker Street: A bicycle worth $170 was stolen in the 1100

block at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Bristol Street: A purse and its contents were stolen from a business in

the 3300 block between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25.

Fairview Road: A backpack and its contents worth $118 were stolen from a

car in the 2200 block between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 18.

Harbor Boulevard: About $150 was stolen from a store in the 2200 block at

3:10 p.m. Sept. 19.

East 20th Street: A compact disc player worth $150 was stolen from a car

in the 300 block during the evening of Sept. 30.

NEWPORT BEACHWest Bay Avenue: A cellular phone and a pair of

sunglasses worth $355 were stolen from a car in the 1000 block between 2

and 7:45 a.m. Friday.

Newport Center Drive: A cellular phone worth $300 was stolen from a

business in the 600 block at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Villa Way: A guitar worth $1,600 was stolen from a home in the 3100 block

between Tuesday and Friday.
