Termites shut down Hurricanes
Conner Parks scored both goals and the Termites opened their Adams
Division Winter Season on a successful note with a 2-0 shutout of the
Hurricanes in youth hockey action at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center
in Huntington Beach.
Parks’ first goal was unassisted, and his second came off a feed
from Chelsea Olson.
Hurricane goalkeeper Aaron Sutton was busy in the net, and
finished with 29 saves.
The Hurricanes attempted just two shots on goal.

Killer Bees 9, Wing Nuts 3
Austin Shannon poured in five goals and assisted another score,
and Sean Froelick had two assists to lead the Killer Bees in their season
opener; Ty Barbo scored all three goals for the Wing Nuts.
PEE WEE CLUB DIVISION
Crash Dummies 9, Ruff Riders 1
Brandon Mancia scored four goals and both Brad Malone and Adam
McGrath (two assists) each scored twice to pace the Crash Dummies; Kris
Ehret scored for the Ruff Riders.
U.S. Marines 10, Burnt Biscuits 4
Derrick Burnett scored his team’s first three goals and Tim Kraus
also finished with three goals to lift the U.S. Marines; Raymond Macias
scored twice and Ryan Williams handed out three assists to power the
Burnt Biscuits.
