JUBILEE 2000

St. Joachim’s Catholic Church presents Jubilee 2000 at 7:30 p.m. Thursday

The public is invited to a one-hour testimonial meeting Wednesday at

For adults dealing with past sexual abuse, topics include developing safe

relationships, managing anger, overcoming the victim role and healing the

BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

For adults in all stages of loss of a loved one. The group helps

participants to share experiences, receive support and learn ways to

YOU AND YOUR AGING PARENT

Jewish Family Services hosts sessions for adult children who carry some

responsibility for the care of aging parents. The group addresses issues

of communication and relationships with aging parents, finding resources,

NEW THOUGHT WORKSHOPS

New Thought Community Church hosts a variety of workshops from 10 a.m. to

His Disciples Fellowship in Costa Mesa invites the community for a study

KNOWING GOD INTIMATELY

On Mondays, people of diverse backgrounds and different churches gather

at St. Mark Presbyterian Church to pursue a one-on-one relationship with

God. The One Heart Christian Meditation group teaches and practices the

spiritual steps that can make that intimacy a daily reality. It meets

PARADIGM SHIFT

The Newport Beach Bahai community allows participants to hear and

world order? Can conflicts be resolved without force? Are women and men
