* Larkspur Street: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car

in the 3300 block at 7:50 p.m. Monday.

* MacArthur Boulevard: A typewriter, fax machine, TV and VCR worth

$1,908 were stolen in the 1500 block at 11:56 p.m. Saturday. * Peterson

Place: An attempted burglary took place in the 2700 block at 5:15 p.m.

Sept. 24.

* Mesa Verde Drive: A computer printer and phone worth $390 were

stolen in the 1500 block at 8 p.m. Sept. 24.

* Harbor Boulevard: A purse and cellular phone worth $100 was stolen

in the 2000 block at 9:18 p.m. Sept. 22.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Coast Highway: About $16,000 worth of boating equipment,

including a radar display and charter/plotter, were stolen from a boat in

the 1700 block at 3 p.m. Tuesday; a microwave worth $200 was stolen from

a boat in the 2000 block at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday.

* Superior Avenue: A TV and VCR and medicine worth $935 were stolen

from a home in the 1400 block at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday.

* East Balboa Boulevard: A computer worth $2,000 and about $1,000 in

cash were stolen from a car in the 1000 block at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

* MacArthur Court: A laptop computer worth $2,500 was stolen from a

business in the 4600 block at 11:30 a.m. Monday.
