COSTA MESA

Harbor Boulevard: A purse, Social Security card, and cash was stolen

in the 2200 block between 6:45 and 7 p.m. Sept. 2.

Bristol Street: A leather coat worth $2,395 was stolen in the 3300

block between noon and 1 p.m. Sept. 5.

NEWPORT BEACH

Newport Boulevard: A vehicle was keyed while parked in the 2700 block

between 8:30 and 9:55 p.m. Wednesday.

Grand Canal: A suspect broke a window pane in an upstairs bedroom in

the 100 block between noon and 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Via Genoa: A 3-foot tall statue of a dog holding a carved basket of

flowers in his mouth was stolen from a front porch area of a residence in

the 200 block between 2:00 and 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Berkshire: A duffel bag, karate pads, uniform, Pharaonic portable CD

player, a cell phone adapter and a personal check worth $305 were stolen

between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
