Bushard Street: A car was doused with acid in the 16900 block. The substance eroded paint on the car’s hood and roof at 12:05 a.m. Sunday.
Martens River Circle: A chain and lock cut on a metal shed in the 11500
block. Subjects set off the alarm but didn’t steal any property at 11:23
p.m. Saturday.
Petal Avenue: Home ransacked in the 11000 block at 3:14 p.m. Friday.
Burglar stole jewelry and personal items.
Walnut Street: Contractor’s $1,000 tile saw was stolen from a backyard in
the 18900 block at 11:58 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 9.
Brookhurst Street: A woman’s wallet was stolen from her purse while she
was shopping at a Lucky grocery in the 18500 block at 3:12 p.m. Friday.

Larchwood Drive: Gunshots were heard at Stacey Clegg Intermediate School
in the 6300 block at 12:08 a.m. Saturday.
Beach Boulevard: Six men threw things at each other in the 18400 block at
2:17 a.m. Saturday.
Keel Drive: Teens were kicking beer bottles in the street in the 8600
block at 2:59 a.m. Saturday.
Adams Avenue: Twenty kids threw glasses in Denny’s restaurant in the
10100 block at 3:33 a.m. Saturday.
Brannen Drive: Tires were slashed on all the cars parked in the 5900
block at 8:36 a.m. Saturday.
Swansea Lane: An unknown substance was smeared all over a woman’s garage
in the 20100 block at 8:55 a.m. Saturday.
Brentwood Lane: Five screws were found in the tire of a woman’s car in
the 20200 block at 11:24 a.m. Saturday.
Van Buren: A man trashed a woman’s apartment as she screamed in the 17500
block at 1:17 p.m. Saturday.
Markin Lane: Firecrackers bombarded a couple in their home in the 17300
block at 1:37 p.m. Saturday. The woman told police she worried that the
subjects throwing them might start a fire.
Adams Avenue: A male transient standing on a center divide at Brookhurst
Street stepped into traffic to beg and almost got hit by cars at 4:48
p.m. Saturday.
Cliff Drive: Three 10-year-old kids rode motor scooters around a tract at
Oyster Bed Lane at 5:17 p.m. Saturday.
Adams Avenue: Several juveniles rode their skateboards between cars at
Ace Hardware in the 9000 block at 5:44 p.m. Saturday.
Taylor Circle: Twenty subjects were arrested after causing a fight in the
7600 block at 5:59 p.m. Saturday.
Main Street: A white Maltese cat, valued at $550, was stolen from Pets
Pets Pets in the 18500 block at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.
Halawa Drive: Juveniles took rocks from a neighbor’s yard in the 10200
block at 7:07 p.m. Saturday and threw them.
Beach Boulevard: Two 15-year-old girls panhandled and asked for
cigarettes at Ralph’s grocery in the 19000 block at 7:21 p.m. Saturday.
