Meeting Wednesday to discuss plan for Costa Mesa homeless shelter
Costa Mesa officials will discuss plans for a temporary 50-bed “bridge shelter” for the homeless during a community meeting Wednesday.
The meeting — from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Senior Center, 695 W. 19th St. — will focus on the City Council-approved plan to work with Lighthouse Church of the Nazarene to develop the shelter on its property at 1885 Anaheim Ave.
