Seal Beach police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the driver of a gray or silver Subaru with roof racks that struck a pedestrian on Pacific Coast Highway and fled.

Police said the vehicle hit the woman while she was entering her car near 15th Street at about 6 p.m. March 2. The car kept going, traveling south on Pacific Coast Highway.

The woman was seriously injured. Further details on her condition were unavailable.

Police said surveillance video captured images of a vehicle that could be the one involved turning west onto Anderson Street from Pacific Coast Highway in Sunset Beach.

Authorities said the car that hit the pedestrian likely sustained damage to the passenger side and could be missing the passenger side mirror.
