2 pedestrians taken to hospital after being hit by vehicle in Newport Beach
Two pedestrians were taken to a hospital this week after being struck by a vehicle in Newport Beach, according to the city Fire Department.
Paramedics responded to the intersection of West Coast Highway and Riverside Avenue just before 7 p.m. Wednesday, the Fire Department said.
Two people suffered injuries; the type and extent were unknown.
The Newport Beach Police Department said Friday that it has no record of the incident, and it was unclear whether any citations were issued.
