Back Bay High students celebrate Cinco de Mayo
Students at Back Bay High School in Costa Mesa celebrated Cinco de Mayo on Friday with face painting, party favors and music from DJ Tempoe.
Costa Mesa’s El Toro Bravo restaurant provided carne asada tacos, rice, beans and chips and salsa for lunch. Chicken and veggie burritos were provided by the school.
The Exchange Club of Newport Harbor sponsored the activities.
