Two new boutiques set to open at South Coast Plaza
Celine, a 2,300-square-foot boutique inspired by the company’s flagship store in Paris, is scheduled to open Sunday at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
The boutique, on the first level of the mall’s Nordstrom wing, is divided into two salons — one for bags, leather goods and other accessories, and the other for ready-to-wear items and shoes.
Danish artist FOS designed custom furniture and decor for the store, such as a pink Portuguese marble display case for jewelry and sunglasses.
On Aug. 14, Moncler, a luxury clothing and accessories brand, is scheduled to launch a 1,200-square-foot boutique on level two of South Coast Plaza’s Saks Fifth Avenue wing.
The store is designed by the Gilles & Boissier architecture studio.
