Neighbors come out for Eastside annual picnic

The Eastside Costa Mesa Neighbors’ Group hosted its annual picnic Sunday at Harper’s Park, during which area residents gathered to eat, talk and play games.

Members of Costa Mesa’s police and fire departments spoke and offered tours of a fire truck and a new medical van.
