38 graduate from Early College High School
Costa Mesa’s Early College High School graduated 38 students at its commencement ceremony June 4.
“I hope they will continue the success that previous graduates have experienced and to see them get jobs and degrees,” Early College Principal Kathy Slawson said. “The most wonderful thing is to see them ready to step onto their college campuses.”
Graduates’ teachers, relatives and friends gathered for the ceremony at Orange Coast College’s Robert B. Moore Theatre, along with members of the Newport-Mesa Unified School District board and Supt. Frederick Navarro.
Teachers selected graduates Nallely Enriquez, Nina Jhunjhnuwala and Abigail Rollins to speak at the ceremony. The three expressed gratitude toward their teachers and friends.
