Davis Magnet School hosted a free environmental education fair for the community Monday, with activities and informational booths manned by a variety of groups.

The keynote speaker for Eco Night at the Costa Mesa school was Evan Marks, founder and executive director of The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano. He talked about water and what can be done to ease the state’s drought crisis, according to a news release.

Costa Mesa High School students from the Academy of Environmental Sciences displayed projects they have been working on this year.
