Biz News: Eastside Costa Mesa townhomes set to open in mid-May
A new four-unit townhome tract in Eastside Costa Mesa plans to open next month at 2562 Santa Ana Ave.
The 2,050-square-foot homes are in a development called Nautica and have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The asking price is in the high $800,000s. The developer, Gregg Williams, is of the Newport Beach-based Trident Pacific Real Estate Group.
Move-ins are expected on or around May 15.

Party supplies store celebrates 25 years
Where’s The Party? in Costa Mesa celebrated its 25th anniversary Wednesday with — what else? — an all-day party.
The event at the party supplies store, 270 E. 17th St. Suite 12A, featured food trucks, live music, a happy hour and a birthday cake. The store is owned by Candy Hirte.
