Little League Challenger series launches at TeWinkle Park

Costa Mesa American Little League kicked off the 2015 Challenger Saturday Night Lights Series on Saturday, pitting players in the Challenger Division for boys and girls with physical and developmental challenges in an exhibition game against players in the league’s regular Major and 50/70 divisions at TeWinkle Park in Costa Mesa.

Other games in the series are scheduled for 7 p.m. April 18, May 9 and May 30 at the park, 970 Arlington Drive.

Fountain Valley Little League will participate in the April 18 game, and Costa Mesa National Little League will play May 9.
