Heidi G. Henkemeyer<br/> January 8, 1967 - November 21, 2014

After a courageous battle with cancer, Heidi Henkemeyer, 47, of Algonquin, IL, died on Nov 21, 2014 in Barrington, IL.

Heidi Gayle Mason was born on Jan 8, 1967 in Newport Beach, CA, to Barry V. and Carol (Reece) Mason. She graduated from Newport Harbor High, Newport Beach, CA in 1985.

Heidi always carried a fun loving and positive attitude. She truly appreciated the important things in life. She loved her family, friends, the outdoors and animals. She made the most of every minute on this earth. When diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013, she remained dedicated to her family, friends, and her work as an Account Manager for Clinical Wound Solutions and in her will to fight her illness. She remained a brave and determined woman, even throughout her final days.

Heidi is survived by sons, Adam and Collin Henkemeyer of Algonquin, IL; her father, Barry V. Mason of Costa Mesa, CA; brother, John Marshall Mason, his wife Keista and their sons, Reece & Branden Mason, of Riverside, CA.; former spouses, John Burnham of CA and George Henkemeyer, IL. She is preceded in death by her mother who passed away on Nov 23, 2014.

Heidi requested to be cremated.
