Garden park to host festival, potluck

South Laguna Community Garden Park volunteers will host a summer festival and potluck on Sunday.

Members of the public are asked to bring a dish to share and reusable silverware.

The event, which will include live music from the Garden Band and children’s activities, will begin at 5 p.m. at the park, Coast Highway and Eagle Rock Way.

Members of the South Laguna Civic Assn. oversee the park, which is open to the public for picnicking and general enjoyment, as well as tours, art classes and workshops.
