Chamber to hold summer business mixer Thursday

The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce will hold the first of its summer business-networking mixers on Thursday at the Surf & Sand Resort, according to a news release.

The mixer will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will feature tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, a buffet, beer and wine, and raffle prizes.

Admission is $15 for chamber members and $45 for others.

During a special July promotion, anyone signing up as a chamber member by Monday can attend the mixer for free. Existing chamber members who refer a new member during the promotional period also qualify for free admission.

Valet parking for attendees is $6. The chamber recommends taking the trolley, which stops near the Surf & Sand, located at 1555 S. Coast Hwy.
