Laguna taking requests to hang promotional banners

Beginning Monday, nonprofit organizations interested in promoting their events can apply for a banner to be placed above Forest Avenue next year.

The city will accept requests on a first-come, first-served basis by email only.

Banners will hang for a two-week period in 2016, and eligible organizations may apply for a maximum of two banners per calendar year. The banner permit fee is $50.
