Man arrested in attack on grocery employee

A Seattle man was arrested after he allegedly punched a grocery store employee for no reason Sunday night, Laguna Beach police said.

Robert Allen Miller, 55, was charged with battery in connection with the incident, which occurred at 8:18 p.m. at the Pavilions store on North Coast Highway, Capt. Jason Kravetz wrote in an email.

Police said Miller walked into the store, hit the employee and then chased him. The employee was not injured, police said.
