Family Art Day is Saturday

The Festival of Arts is hosting a Family Art Day at the grounds Saturday.

Kids will get a booklet of coupons for special activities and treats. They’ll also get a backstage look at the Pageant of the Masters. Over at the art center, they can learn how to make prints and do ceramics from festival artists.

A scavenger hunt, which allows them to ask questions and observe art, gives the whole family a chance to enjoy the festival while teaching the kids as well.

The Fugowies, a rock band, will perform onstage. The day is free with cost of festival admission. For more information, go to lagunafestivalofarts.org.
