The garden plots thicken

The South Laguna Community Garden will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday to assemble and plant the first set of garden boxes. The garden, sponsored by the South Laguna Civic Assn., was started in August 2009. To sign up for a plot, go to southlaguna.org/garden or call association President Bill Rihn at (949) 415-1312. To volunteer, show up at the lot at 9 a.m. most Saturdays at South Coast Highway and Eagle Rock Way.
