Area 1

Cliff Drive: A person reported that a woman was standing on top of a car asking someone to open a car door in the 200 block at 4:09 p.m. May 4.

Circle Way: A female was reportedly not waking up on the beach in the 1300 block at 4:48 p.m. May 5. People on the beach carried her up the hill, and the reporting person said she was breathing.

Cliff Drive: Two males were arrested for lewd conduct in public in the 600 block at 3:40 p.m. Saturday. The men were reportedly smoking marijuana and sticking their hands down each other’s pants.

North Coast Highway: A man reported that a male backseat passenger exposed himself to him and his wife while driving past them near Emerald Bay at 7:10 p.m. Sunday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported two males in red clothing lying in the road in the 2000 block at 1:04 p.m. May 4.

Cozumel: A person reported that a driver got out of his vehicle and shoved a bicyclist in the 200 block at 4:54 p.m. May 5.

Laguna Canyon Road: A woman was reportedly jumping in front of cars in the 20000 block at 3:11 p.m. May 6. The reporting person thought she was trying to commit suicide. No other reports were made, and it was downgraded.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Lake Forest man was arrested for driving without a license, violation of promise to pay a fine and a lighting violation near Woodland Drive at 4:46 p.m. May 6.

Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported a man in a Ford F-150 was throwing beer cans out his window at the 2000 block at 3:01 p.m. Saturday. He was reported to have pulled into Broadway Liquor.

Phillips Street: A traffic collision was reported near Laguna Canyon Road at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday. A vehicle hit a fire hydrant, knocking it over, and ran over a mailbox and street sign.

Area 3

Glenneyre Street: A person reported that Laguna Beach Bus 114 was running stop signs near Cress Street at 8:55 a.m. May 5. The supervisor was contacted and said the vehicle was having mechanical problems.

Beach Street: A Wyoming woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near Ocean Avenue at 10:37 p.m. May 5.

South Coast Highway: A person reported that a homeless man in an orange sweatshirt was banging on trash cans with drumsticks in the 200 block at 8:03 a.m. May 6.

Glenneyre Street: A 21-year-old male was taken into custody by Border Patrol for false documents near Anita Street at 10:42 a.m. May 6.

Ocean Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested for public intoxication after he was found passed out in a bathroom stall in the 200 block at 7:00 p.m. May 6.

Cleo Street: A woman was arrested near South Coast Highway for two outstanding warrants at 3:09 a.m. Sunday. The charges include failure to use lights during night hours, inability to show financial responsibility and vehicle registration.

Cleo Street: An Orange man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 100 block at 3:45 a.m. Sunday. If convicted, it will be his third DUI. Bail set at $15,000.

Forest Avenue: A person reported that a woman refused to pay her bill of $140 in the 200 block at 6:34 p.m. Monday. She was arrested on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper.

Area 4

South Coast Highway: A female was reportedly passed out in the Mozambique bathroom due to alcohol intoxication at 10:07 p.m. May 5. She was sent to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach.

South Coast Highway: A man reported that he was assaulted by his sister and was being followed by her and his brother-in-law in the 1400 block at 12:44 p.m. May 6. The man said his sister had tried to rape him at a location in Laguna Niguel.

Mountain Road: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI and hit-and-run in the 100 block at 11:44 p.m. May 6.

Keller Way: A woman reported that her neighbor was taking photos of her hanging her laundry outside in the 1100 block at 11:40 a.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: An unknown male was reportedly stealing food off customers’ plates and eating it in the 1300 block at 8:24 p.m. Monday. He also took a glass of water from the patio and threw it toward customers, almost hitting them.

Area 5

Virginia Way: A person reported that they saw someone shoot up drugs in the 3000 block at 1:01 p.m. May 4.

Bluff Drive: A person reported about 50 juveniles smoking and drinking at West Street beach at 4:13 p.m. May 5.

South Coast Highway: A Ladera Ranch woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI, her second in 10 years, near the Montage Resort at 12:48 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 31000 block at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was estimated at $3,000.
