Area 1
Cliff Drive: A woman reported that her homeless boyfriend had stolen her wallet in the 200 block at 2:38 p.m. March 24. Authorities located her boyfriend, who did not have the wallet.
North Coast Highway: A man was reportedly threatening to fight baristas at Starbucks in the 100 block at 5:23 p.m. Saturday. Employees said he has been kicked out of the location before.
Boat Canyon: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near North Coast Highway at 5:16 a.m. Sunday. She was also cited for a hit-and-run, which was witnessed by off-duty police officers.
Cliff Drive: A man was reported suspiciously sitting in a black SUV in the 1200 block at 2:28 p.m. Monday.
Hillcrest Drive: Two purses and a cell phone were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Cliff Drive: A person reported the neighbors being disruptive in the 200 block at 2:04 a.m. Thursday. The male and female neighbors were fighting, and then the female continued to yell, which the person who reported it believed was to purposely antagonize her.
Area 2
Laguna Canyon Road: Domestic violence was reported in a vehicle at 5:29 p.m. March 23. A female passenger was said to be hitting the male driver as he drove.
Laguna Canyon Road: A traffic collision was reported in the 2000 block at 1: 53 a.m. March 24. A Honda Civic swerved and hit a post.
San Tropez Court: Burglary was reported in the 300 block at 1: 33 p.m. Sunday. The passenger side window of the reporting person’s vehicle was broken.
Canyon Acres: A Laguna Woods man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near the Laguna Canyon Road intersection at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday.
Area 3
St. Ann’s Drive: A person reported being scared of a neighbor after a confrontation and verbal threats in the 700 block at 4:50 p.m. March 23.
Forest Avenue: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 500 block at 5:09 p.m. March 23.
Broadway: Indecent exposure was reported in the 300 block near the bus depot at 1:09 p.m. March 24. A woman was reportedly pulling up her shirt and pulling down her pants, flashing passersby.
South Coast Highway: A woman was reportedly cursing at Ralphs employees and pedestrians while waving an umbrella in the 700 block at 5:34 p.m. March 24.
South Coast Highway: A West Covina man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 600 block at 2:49 a.m. March 25.
Temple Hills Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI at 1:29 p.m. March 25. He was also accused of driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence while on probation for a DUI. His bail was set at $100,000.
Ocean Avenue: A Costa Mesa man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near the Beach street intersection at 4:26 p.m. March 25.
Broadway: A person reported that a neighbor’s cat defecated on a vehicle in the 300 block at 4:30 p.m. March 25. The person believed the act was on purpose.
Legion Street: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 11:49 p.m. Saturday.
Broadway: Vandalism was reported in the 200 block at 12:09 a.m. Sunday. A homeless man reportedly punched a hole in the tire of a musician’s Dodge Caravan.
Broadway: A patrol check was called for a man bothering a woman in the 200 block at 11:11 a.m. Sunday inside the Whole Foods market. The man was reportedly asking the woman questions about her habits and living conditions. When talking about politics, he said he was in the “I like women” party.
Forest Avenue: A homeless man was reported to be suspicious in the 200 block at 12:00 a.m. Monday. He told the reporting person that he had a gun and then pulled out a beer can. He was cited for possessing an open container.
Glenneyre Street: Two homeless men were reportedly acting belligerent toward customers at the US Bank in the 300 block at 9:50 a.m. Monday.
Forest Avenue: A homeless man was reportedly smoking marijuana in the breezeway in the 200 block at 3:21 p.m. Monday.
Forest Avenue: A man was reportedly soliciting people for money while they were dropping off mail at the post office in the 300 block at 5:18 p.m. Monday.
Sleepy Hollow: A Sparks, Nev., woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication after she didn’t pay her bar bill of $50 in the 600 block at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday.
South Coast Highway: A man was reportedly exposing himself and urinating in public in the 600 block at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday.
South Coast Highway: A person reported hearing screeching and seeing a tree shake in the 1300 block at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday. They first thought it was a monkey in the tree, and then said they believed it was an owl attacking a cat.
Area 4
South Coast Highway: Vandalism was reported in the 1200 block at 12: 56 p.m. March 23 at Casa Del Camino. A guest’s cat reportedly caused $5,000 worth of damage to a room.
Ocean Front: A seagull was reported injured in the 1200 block at 4 p.m. March 23. It was turned over to the wetlands.
Shady Place: Petty theft was reported in the 2800 block at 11:36 a.m. March 24. A woman reported that her purse was stolen at Bluebird Park.
Ruby Street: A Laguna Beach homeless woman was arrested for illegal lodging at 1:35 a.m. March 25.
Anita Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 400 block at 10:51 p.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A person reported that his vehicle had a dent in it after the valet had parked it in the 700 block at 1:54 a.m. Saturday.
Bluebird Canyon Drive: A San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI at 1:26 a.m. Sunday .
Dunning Drive: A stray goat was reported in the canyon by a resident at 4:18 p.m. Monday. It was retrieved.
Agate Street: A Dana Point man was arrested for driving without a license, and failure to appear to pay a fine, along with a traffic citation at 7:01 a.m. Wednesday.
Area 5
South Coast Highway: A seal was found on Thousand Steps beach in the 3100 block at 7:45 a.m. March 23. The seal reportedly was attempting to bury itself in the sand and its eyes were swollen.
Monterey Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI at 2:15 a.m. March 25.
South Coast Highway: Two men were arrested for trespassing at the Aliso Creek Inn at 8:01 p.m. Monday. They were reportedly outside stealing golf balls.
