North Coast Highway: A man was reportedly yelling “racial remarks” while holding a cup of wine in the 100 block at 7:00 p.m. March 1.
Holly Street: A San Clemente woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Cypress Drive at 11:43 p.m. March 2.

Laguna Canyon Road: A person witnessed road rage in the 2200 block at 3:33 p.m. March 1. The person reported they believed the two subjects were going to get in a fight after observing them get out of their vehicles and make verbal contact.
Laguna Canyon Road: A hit-and-run was reported in the 900 block at 5:43 p.m. Saturday. A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Broadway: A man was reportedly yelling and cursing at passersby in the 200 block at 6:45 p.m. March 1.
Ocean Avenue: A man was reportedly yelling at people and talking about killing people in the 200 block at 12:46 a.m. March 2.
Broadway: A barefoot homeless man was reportedly in the parking lot, yelling at women as they walked to work in the 600 block at 8:40 a.m. March 2.
Pearl Street: A New Mexico man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Coast Highway at 2:40 p.m. March 2.
Alta Laguna Boulevard: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 3000 block at 12:08 a.m. Saturday.
Broadway: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft after boots were reported stolen in the 300 block at 1:50 p.m. Monday.

Treetop Lane: A person reported a man “moving limbs in a strange way” in the park at 7:36 p.m. March 2.
Thalia Street: A Capistrano Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:58 p.m. Saturday.
Brooks Street: A warrant arrest was reported in the 200 block at 11:28 a.m. Saturday.
Agate Street: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 10:02 p.m. Saturday.
South Coast Highway: A guest was reportedly using a fraudulent credit card in the 1500 block at 4:11 p.m. Sunday.

Wesley Drive: A repeated caller reported that murderers live downstairs and she has “talked to killers through the walls” in the 21500 block at 8:13 p.m. March 1.
West Street: A San Clemente woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:17 p.m. March 1.
Wesley Drive: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 7:18 a.m. Saturday.
Dumond Drive: A nude male was reportedly standing and stretching at Victoria Beach at 4:34 p.m. Saturday. A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
South Coast Highway: A neighbor was reportedly pounding on the reporting person’s door with a shovel due to “her light being too bright” in the 30800 block at 5:54 a.m. Tuesday.
