Huntington Harbour bay water open again after sewage spill
The Huntington Harbour bay water has reopened after being closed Monday night due to a sewage spill.
Ocean water-contact sports, including swimming, surfing and diving, are now allowed again.
The closure Monday by the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division was caused by a cracked force main, but follow-up testing indicated that water quality levels were at acceptable standards.
