Search continues for Costa Mesa man missing in Lakewood

A Costa Mesa man remained missing Saturday morning after disappearing in Lakewood more than a week earlier, authorities said.

William Macneider Trott Jr., 30, was reportedly last seen at 8:51 p.m. Oct. 18 in the 3700 block of East South Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Trott was described as white, 6 feet tall, about 200 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans before he disappeared.
