West 19th Street and Wallace Avenue: A person was reportedly drunk in public at 3:39 a.m. Thursday.

Harbor Boulevard: A warrant arrest was reported in the 2200 block at 6:09 a.m. Thursday.

Wallace Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 2100 block at 8:13 a.m. Thursday.
