Alpha, found last month as a stray, is probably about 2 years old. This short-haired Chihuahua mix with a sleek black coat is quiet, affectionate and well behaved. Weighing under 6 pounds, he would fit well into the smallest of households, even those on limited budgets.

Alpha enjoys short walks, is healthy and will be neutered upon adoption. He is one of dozens of dogs, cats and rabbits looking to find a forever home by the holidays.
