Pet of the Week
Molly represents an unfortunate situation, where people lose their homes and can no longer keep their pets.
This 6-year-old mixed breed, thought to have pit bull and possibly Great Dane or Labrador in her lineage, is healthy, spayed and house-trained. She obeys basic commands, and her former owner, who recently surrendered her, described Molly as “a loving, relaxed and caring sweetheart, who is cuddly and enjoys walking and playing.”
Shelter volunteers can heartily confirm this description; they often use the phrase “very well behaved,” along with observations that she is mellow and not bothered by the people and other dogs she encounters. Molly weighs about 60 pounds but is easy to handle and would probably be a happy pet with an active family or in a quiet home.
Her adoption fees are discounted 50% all week when this announcement is mentioned. For more information, call (714) 536-8480 or visit https://www.ochumanesociety.com.
