Jayne arrived at the shelter recently, after her owner could no longer care for her.

A 10-year-old Rottweiler mix, she is adjusting well despite such significant upheaval in her living conditions. Jayne weighs 98 pounds and might look difficult to handle; however, she is surprisingly mellow and easy to walk on leash.

She is friendly with people, but her relations with other dogs vary. Before she is adopted, Jayne will need to be spayed. May is “Super Senior” month, with adoption fees for pets older than 5 (including Jayne) discounted 30%.

And anyone older than 62 who adopts a pet this month will receive a 30% discount (special rates cannot be combined). Young or old, each of our dogs is eager to find the right new home.
