Sweet prince and Santa visit OCC
Celebrate Christmas with frozen treats, the Peppermint Prince, and of course, the big guy.
Santa is coming to Orange Coast College for its Repertory Theatre Company’s An Old-Fashioned Melodrama and Ice Cream Social two weekends in December.
The show includes music, vaudeville acts, a holiday sing-along and the play “Return of the Peppermint Prince,” written by theater instructor David Scaglione. The show is directed by theater arts professor Rick Golson.
After the show, there will be an ice cream treat and a visit by Santa.
Performances run 7 p.m. Fridays through Sundays and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays Dec. 2 to 11 in the OCC Drama Lab Theatre, 2701 Fairview Road.
Advanced tickets are $5 for children and seniors, and $7 for adults, or $7 for children and $9 at the door. They can be bought at https://www.occtickets.com, or on campus in the bursar’s office at (714) 432-5580.
